Sindh Graduates Association (SGA) is a non-political Humane Social Organization recognizing inter-cultural and inter personal interaction for national harmony and peace among all sections of population and its objectives shall be to organize and unite the Graduates of Sindh where ever they may be.
Apart from Aims & Objectives of Sindh Graduates Association, the S. G. A. Women Branch, Karachi, which is the first women branch of S. G. A. established and affiliated on is working for the betterment, development and empowerment of Sindhi Women all over Sindh.
The basic aims & objectives of S. G. A., Women Branch is to create Social Awareness among the women folk in entire Sindh generally & Karachi division specially.
To endeavour support the Schools, for improvement of its standard, specially the Girls School in the surrounding rural areas of Karachi division.
To provide financial assistance to needy/deserving girls for the education from Primary to Higher Education.
To arrange & organize vocational training workshops for girls and women folk in rural area of Karachi division
To design long term development programs for the betterment of women folk.
To provide assistance to women of Karachi division for their employment.
To provide/arrange loans to unemployed skilled women for establishing their business.
To arrange Entrepreneurship workshops/training programs to produce skilled worker women.
To arrange free medical camps in the rural areas of Karachi division.
To adopt Girls Schools in the rural areas and improve the standard of such schools by providing trained teachers or arrange teachers training program of such schools for quality education.
To provide assistance to effected families during natural calamity.
To approach Federal/ Provincial Govt. and funding N.G.O's for grants for running the long term projects.
